This programme provides structure, consistency, and community support, without the individual session feedback or in-depth data analysis that comes with one-to-one coaching. Your starting point, chosen race, availability, and desired outcome will determine which training block is right for you.

Run Strong sessions are built directly into your plan. These sessions have been used successfully across multiple disciplines and were originally designed to keep InnerFight owner Marcus Smith healthy while running 30 marathons in 30 days.
